Cross of As Barreiras
We can see it inside the Eido do Neto, but next to the road. It has a single cubic base in which a rectangular rod is inserted at the beginning and then with lowered edges that joins directly without a capital to a Latin cross with chamfered corners and square ends, which lacks images and ornaments. It is said that the cross was erected by French soldiers during the Napoleonic invasion that took place between 1808 and 1814, as one of them may have died there. However, an inscription on the crossbar, which bears the year 1691, seems to disprove this legend.
