Cemiterio Vello Altarpiece
The altarpiece is made of polychrome stone, presided over by the dove of the Holy Spirit that radiates rays in all directions, and is distanced from the lower scene by two angels with large white ones. Immediately below is the image of Saint Michael on a cloud that leads him away from the flames of Purgatory, also with wings, holding the scales in his left hand to weigh the good and bad deeds of the souls, while with his right hand he points to heaven. This is an original tomb-panel with an altarpiece of the souls of which there is only one known parallel in the cemetery of Parada de Achas (A Caniza).
